This pic shows the view from the terrace to the north towards Mount Kalkite - no roads, no power lines, just paradise.
The large private terrace is north facing for winter sun and magnificent lake and mountain views -
the terrace has gas barbecue facilities and new 6-seater outdoor furniture.
Part of the terrace is covered with a shade-sail, but you might like to bring your own beach or shade umbrella if you want extra shade in Summer.

The large sunny living area is fully carpeted and has panoramic windows for fabulous lake views.
The living area comprises the lounge and dining areas.
Open up those panoramic windows for the clear light, mountain air, and Rosella's amazing views !!

There are three comfy lounges, cd player, radio, tv, DVD and VHS
video player -
just sit back, relax and soak up the views!!

In the dining area there is a ten-seater dining setting for that big party event -
or just a romantic dinner for two.
Rosella has the facilities (cutlery, plates, wine glasses, etc.) to satisfy any occasion.

Cook up a banquet, or just beans on toast -
 whatever takes your fancy
Luxury modern kitchen: oven, halogen cooktop, microwave, dishwasher; large fridge/freezer, cutlery, dishes -
glassware enough for large scale entertaining; heaps of appliances.
You don't need to bring anything except your own food (or you can eat out at Jindabyne's amazing selection of
bars, cafes & restaurants - all within easy walking distance).

The main double bedroom.
This is the main double bedroom. Bedside drawers complement the two individual wardrobes (not visible in the pic) to provide plenty of storage and clothes hanging space.

Another view of the main double bedroom.
The bedside clock/alarm/radio will get you up and moving for the first ski lift of the day, the early trout catch, or that unforgettable dawn photo across the lake.

The en-suite to the main bedroom.
The main bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, comprising toilet, vanity unit, and spacious shower (not shown in pic). Note the wall heater (towel dryer), and there is also an overhead heater unit and extractor fan (not shown in pic).

The second double bedroom.

The third washroom.
There is a separate wash area comprising a vanity unit, handbasin, mirror and large cupboard available in the passageway adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, so the facilities are more than ample for skiers and other groups who want to get moving fast in the morning.

There is nowhere else in
 Jindabyne quite like Rosella Townhouse
Landscaped lawn with exotic willow & poplar trees and native snow gums leading down to your lakeside beach about 50meters away. Take a book, picnic blanket and beach shade (or your kayak!!).
You have your own private entrance lobby with a lockable ski storage and drying room with fan heater, washing machine and tumble dryer adjacent to your undercover car park. Please note that the Rosella Townhouse is a first floor unit (access stairs with children's safety gate) but internally is all on one level.

This is the cycling/walking path that runs along the edge of the front lawn of Rosella Townhouse.
The path is flat and provides very easy walking for elderly people even with a walking frame.
For the fitter folks you could take your own bikes or hire them in town, or take the baby for a stroll in the pram.
The path runs for about 3 kilometers and is well lit at night.
As you can see the views are fabulous. Safe for kids, no roads anywhere nearby !!!

How about a barbecued trout?
The gas barbie is a large capacity Jumbuck 4-burner on wheels, with a hot-rocks griddle and a hotplate and hood.
Large capacity gas bottle provided (also a spare/reserve gas cylinder is provided, and if you manage to use all that then there are "swap & go" gas bottles at the nearby service station).
We have done the Christmas turkey to perfection in this. You can too!!
